An absolute "must not leave home without" the various forms of hand & surface sanitizers. Call me a clean freak, but I would rather endure the title then the risk of contracting one of a rash of illnesses that may befall you lest you fail to engage in a vigilant, perpetual and near paranoid practice of sanitizing your hands, face and eating utensils on a trip to another continent. Was even handy for scrubbing the hands and faces of some busy grubby boys during our visits to the orphanage.
The individual packaged ones are awesome for stashing on your person while the bigger bottled pump one is awesome for prepping eating areas and their provided dishes in our living quarters.
