This shows the records office in the boys birth city where lady didn't intend to do our papers on Wednesday but thanks to Alla our coordinator lady, in the end after postponing us 6+ hours she had to work 1.5hrs overtime to complete our papers. the lady in the records office tells us this building was built in the 1960s for exactly this purpose but i find it hard to believe they would build such elaborate level of luxury for a small city records office.
