Not sure what the plumbing and wiring regulations are here but a lot of this stuff here wss probably built so long ago it doesnt matter what they are. They can simply always say it wss built before the regulations. As for the water heater brand "Junkers" seen here in kitchen on wall, thats not a good name for an appliance in any case.
