After 7hrs of unforeseen, unnecessary Soviet era beaurocracy in Beresivka we have all official processes and paperwork for the twins complete, signed, stamped, bound and in our possession. No one feels like spending another minute in this city as its 7:35pm here and a 6hr drive back to Kiliya still awaits us so despite no meals all day besides backpack snacks we hit the open road (or lack thereof) back to Kiliya.
