Sept 13th - Google Translate is your friend

With Google Translate app and having downloaded the Russian and Ukrainian language packs for offline use, I'm able to type in English "buy sore throat medicine". Hit the full screen button and it shows full screen in Russian the translated phrase. Show to pharmacist and she rummages around in her cabinets for throat lozenges. Nice.
I offered some to our driver for his throat because he smokes a lot but he declined; says vodka works just as well. maybe i need to try vodka too instead of these lozenges.
