Settling into another apartment here. Moved approximately 3 blocks from other apartment. They are all ratty and old. Ratio of difference is about 12%. This place now has a few things going for it over the other place; this actually has 4 bedrooms, doesn't smell like sweaty old gym bag and the biggest improvement is the cost which is approximately 65% cheaper.
